∎ Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 in graduation/post-graduation from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for Disbursement, Deposits and Portfolio.
∎ Team monitoring and ensuring achievement of per person productivity as per budget.
∎ Maintain customer database for potential customers and ensure visits as required to prospective clients.
∎ Identify and create market opportunities and regularly update team members regarding market developments and client updates.
∎ Understanding client’s needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client’s queries; responding to clients requests for proposal.
∎ Follow up clients to maintain recovery of total portfolio of the respective person within due date. Collaborating with clients to retain and grow accounts.
∎ Ensuring provision of excellent customer service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing Retail Products (Home Loan & Deposits)
∎ Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
