Responsibilities & Context:

• Dispatch loaded vehicles as per daily reports and direct them to designated loading points.

• Report accidents on the road to higher management and assist with liaison activities.

• Monitor all vehicles using the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and communicate with drivers for updates.

• Coordinate with the factory on operations and report relevant details to top management.

• Respond to mobile calls from various departments and resolve issues for drivers and helpers.

• Maintain records of transport-related issues and prepare reports as needed.

• Monitor driver activities to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Track vehicle maintenance and ensure repair work is completed on time.

• Work with distributors and marketing team to resolve vehicle unloading issues.
