∎ Position-Corporate designation : Assistant Officer to Senior Officer
∎ Responsible to boost Retail Asset business and to achieve monthly business target provided by the management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Asset business target set by the Management
∎ Arrange and conduct regular training and development program on Retail Asset Products
∎ Maintain liaison with the Developers and others concerns to collect home loan clients
∎ Find out new markets and potential sectors for business
∎ To visit customer as and when required after successfully identifying the right segment
∎ Communication with the branch officials for new business
∎ To help and organize business promotions (presentations, campaigns, seminars, exhibitions etc.)
∎ Preparing retail loan business related memo
∎ Provide necessary support to Business Head and complete any assigned task by the Business Head on regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years of experience in Retail Asset Business
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Good command in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Energetic, creative, resourceful and self-starter
Salary:
∎ Negotiable / As per Bank`s policy
