Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to provide support in managing and monitoring Branch & Cards Sales performance, developing various performance management tools.
∎ To prepare campaign performance reports, results and reward programs.
∎ To provide support in analyzing, monitoring Branches & Card Sales on their overall business intelligence.
∎ To prepare daily & monthly MIS report of cards business.
∎ To Prepare Daily & Monthly Productivity report according of individual performance.
∎ To mitigate Direct Sales Team associate management risk issues.
∎ To monitor the recruitment process of Sales Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong knowledge in MS Office applications. Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
