Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering, major in Yarn Manufacturing Technology from AUST/ BUTex/ NITER with CGPA of 3.00 or above.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Spinning, yarn manufacturing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the production process of a specific section of the floor;
∎ Allocate the machine properly to achieve maximum production;
∎ Keep a record and maintain the production as per machine;
∎ Liaison with utility, maintenance, quality and, other related departments;
∎ Check the availability of manpower and report submission to the management;
∎ Achieve target production at the various stage from carding to simplex machine;
∎ Avoid various types of lot/fiber/process mixing and keep the floor always clean;
∎ Make sure to feed the right materials according to machine allocation;
∎ Take the necessary steps and implement to achieve targeted shift production at the ring section;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply;
∎ Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply for APO spinning;
∎ At least 1 years of experience in the related field for PO- Spinning;
∎ Proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented;
∎ Able to deliver demanding objectives and goals;
∎ Excellent communication in both written & speaking in English;
∎ Well skilled in MS office/ERP;
∎ Willing to stay beside the factory;
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
