∎ Age at least 25 years. Must be a good team player. Preference for individual who worked in similar role for min 02 years in a group of companies. Proven experience with the Factory IT Department in the manufacturing industry. Sound knowledge of Information Technology. Well conversant. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bangla).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from
∎ them
∎ . Maintenance and Configuration Mikrotik Router as well as point to point GRE tunnel.
∎ • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ • monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
∎ • Install new user information to face detection attendance system.
∎ • Develop, maintain, support security surveillance system with fiber connection end point.
∎ • Take staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone, or
∎ virtual meeting tools to help set up systems or resolve issues
∎ • Troubleshoot IP Phone system and VOIP problems
∎ • Replace network equipment parts as required
∎ • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
∎ • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
∎ • Support the video conference system and troubleshoot zoom meeting problems.
∎ • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
∎ • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
∎ • Test and evaluate new technology
∎ • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ • Undertake any other related duties and responsibilities that may, from time to time, be assigned.
