Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (MSS)/ Economics/Sociology/English/Development Studies or/and other related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all types of HR related letter (Requrement, Training, Transfer, promotion etc.) as per management requirements.
∎ Manage all Admin & HR related documentation, letters and files by both soft copy and hard copy.
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
∎ Provide technical support, trainings to field staff for proper documentation as according to donor and RDS standards.
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities
∎ Maintain stock and pity cash of head office.
∎ Communicate Gov. and NGO office independently.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to write and speak English fluently
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, E-mail and statistical packages.

Salary:
∎ Salary: Probation Period - BDT 20,600/-Compensation & Other Benefits will be provided as per organizational policy.
