Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering from reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IP Network Installation, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance.
∎ Must have knowledge about WAN, LAN, DC, and DR network design and implementation
∎ Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocol
∎ Provide support like initial site survey, router configuration, cabling, wireless CPE installation, PC hardware, software-related installation, troubleshooting, etc. to the corporate customers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of VPN and VLAN
∎ Follow-up with customers and take updates from them regularly to build a friendly professional relationship.
∎ Must be capable to resolve problems, prioritizing tasks, working on multiple tasks simultaneously, adjust project schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Basic knowledge of Mikrotik will be an added advantage.
∎ Carryout Special Duty assigned by the management.

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
