∎ B.Sc. in CSE from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Understanding for customer requirements and address accordingly
∎ Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services (e.g. access products, service networks
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot. computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Wireless devices like Ubiquity/UBNT, Cambium, others WiFi router
∎ IP, R&S and routing protocol OSPF, EIGRP, RIP etc.
∎ Roster duty including night shift
∎ Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation including Gov. and Eid holidays.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience of working on network equipment in an ISP environment other such company associated with networking.
∎ MTCNA, CCNA or Course Completed
∎ Vendor certified will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
