∎ Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically Woven fabric properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing), Kidswear product safety and integrity.
∎ Must have extensive experience of product development, sourcing of materials, costing, production tracking and execution of orders independently.
∎ Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically Woven fabric properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing), Kidswear product safety and integrity.
∎ Must have extensive experience of product development, sourcing of materials, costing, production tracking and execution of orders independently.

∎ Manage the entire merchandising process from product development, order confirmation, and sampling to shipment of woven garments.
∎ Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams (production, quality, etc.) to ensure timely execution of orders.
∎ Handle product costing, price negotiations, and prepare cost breakdown sheets.
∎ Monitor and ensure the timely development of samples and prototypes.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines while maintaining product quality standards.
∎ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, buyer preferences, and competitor strategies.
∎ Maintain strong communication with buyers to provide updates on production status, quality checks, and delivery schedules.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, order quantities, and ensure materials availability for production.
