∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories/trims.
∎ Knowledge on embellishments/washing/dyeing.
∎ Knowledge on production process.
∎ Knowledge on commercial & shipping procedures.
∎ Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
∎ Direct customer handling experience.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories/trims.
∎ Knowledge on embellishments/washing/dyeing.
∎ Knowledge on production process.
∎ Knowledge on commercial & shipping procedures.
∎ Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle Customers individually starting from order confirmation, and sample development to shipment.
∎ Prepare Garments costing.
∎ Monitor production and resolve all order-related issues.
∎ Ensure Coordination and follow-up with the QC department, commercial department, garments factory, accessories factory, etc., and other relevant entities to ensure smooth production, shipment, and payment.
∎ Ensure Continuous communication with the customer.
∎ Maintain and monitor the T&A chart to identify process delays and ensure on-time information updates in portal.
∎ Follow up of Merchandiser - QA meeting.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customers, Wash factories, Print or Embroidery factories, Accessories, and Fabric suppliers to ensure a smooth production process and identify any processing lag.
∎ Develop sample on customer requirement.
