Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in product development from design concept to sample approval in alignment with buyer requirements.
Execute and monitor bulk production, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Responsible for booking trims and accessories, and follow up until complete in-house delivery.
Sound knowledge of NEXT processes, including NIS (Next Information System) and SCS (Supply Chain System).
Prepare and submit trims card and technical files to initiate production release.
Organize and participate in Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and ensure all buyer requirements are met for final inspection.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with key customer representatives for approvals, updates, and issue resolution.
