Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Merchandiser in Knit and Woven, Must be working experience in buying House

Buying House, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the entire process of order execution from development, and order placement to delivery and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Understand the latest fashion trends, source new fabrics, and develop collections in collaboration with designers.
∎ Continuously update the fabrics and trims. print embroideries, washes, and stitch library including technical data and process ideas for easy reference.
∎ Set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress toward goals, and track details, data information, and related activities.
∎ Must be capable of field visits(Factory/Store) on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure production and samples follow-up with factories and related suppliers.
∎ Source trims, accessories, and fabrics (Both global and local).
∎ Capability of sourcing ecological and special yarn and fabric.
∎ Must be fast in sample developments with correct color and trims following up factory and QC.
∎ Ensure teammates maintain a proper filling system & record for bulk orders.
∎ Handle emails with overseas suppliers and buyers independently.
∎ Ensure the merchandising and production process are smooth and information is accurate to all relevant parties.
∎ Other tasks and projects assigned by the dept. manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be fluent in English, have Social media knowledge, and E-mail handling
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
