∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ Strong understanding of yarn types, specifications, and applications.
∎ Strong understanding of fabric types, specifications, and applications (Yarn Department).
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook Express).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and achieve target.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality to lead the business.
∎ Established network of contacts in the textile industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for sweater yarn.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for fabric products
∎ Develop new customers/Potential Customers (sweater Factory/Buying house) to increase yarn orders volume so candidates should be able to achieve half year/yearly sales target
∎ To expand the business by creating new customer & maintain relationship with the potential key person of apparel industry.
∎ Follow the update on bulk yarn production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the buyers.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
∎ Work to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities in regular basis.
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
