∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience with Garments ERP and manufacturing processes.
∎ Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL queries.
∎ Solid knowledge of Linux Operating System.
∎ Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
∎ Knowledge of Oracle APEX or similar software development tools (preferred).
∎ Proficiency in Python or Java (a plus).
∎ Experience with AI implementation (a strong advantage).
∎ Certification in Artificial Intelligence.
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills (fluent English, ability to present and explain technical concepts clearly).
∎ Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).
∎ Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
∎ Understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first-line and second-line support to ERP end-users (employees, departments).
∎ Lead MIS and Software development team for implementation and daily issues.
∎ Manage ERP Server, Mobile App Server, Production Tracking Server, and related services.
∎ Oversee ERP and Production Tracking software operations, including troubleshooting, updates, patches, and new implementations.
∎ Optimize and upgrade Power BI reports for existing and new requirements.
∎ Analyze Oracle database structures, write SQL queries, and optimize query performance.
∎ Good understanding and work with databases, API, data structures, and integration processes.
∎ Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
∎ Maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).
∎ Manage end-to-end software development processes, including planning, execution, and closure.
∎ Conduct regular discussions with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and address requirements.
∎ Provide weekly and monthly project updates to management, highlighting status, risks, and action plans.
∎ Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
∎ Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability and guide to make workflow and tutorials for common ERP tasks.
∎ Perform routine system audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
∎ Ensure ERP compliance with regulations, industry standards, data security, and privacy policies.
∎ Analyze data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and operations.
