Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reports to: Head of Finance & Accounts.
∎ Position Summary: The position is responsible to maintain Liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other external regulators for reporting and other compliance.
∎ Major Duties and responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensure following Regulatory Reporting on a timely & accurate manner: Basel II, Risk Management, ISS, Green Banking, CSR, NBFI 2, 3, Suit File information of CIB, Commercial paper, Statement of large loans, Default borrowers, Refinance scheme for green products, Sector wise loan report, Stress Testing, Audited Accounts, Disclosure on Capital Adequacy etc.
∎ 2. Manage internal MIS Reporting.
∎ 3. Other periodical and ad-hoc reporting as assigned from time to time.
∎ 4. Co-coordination with Branches and between various departments related to report submission.
∎ 5. Maintain Liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other external regulators for reporting and other compliance.
