Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate is required to take full responsibility for pattern development and engineering software and manual methods.
∎ To support & assist the product creation process by being the technical bridge between 2D design & 3D prototype.
∎ To specify the material, component & construction options to meet key features & product performance goals.
∎ To ensure article-wise patterns for making, and cutting dies for productions.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and risk analysis during the sample stage.
∎ Troubleshooting during production and operation.
∎ Develop, motivate, and Train subordinates to ensure teamwork and take on the challenges of Footwear as well as R&D / Product development dept.
