Education:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA in HRM from any reputed university.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with specialisation in HRM, HRIS software, Labour Law, and Industrial Relations.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and audit requirements (BSCI).

  • Ability to maintain and organize employee records, attendance, and personnel files accurately.

  • Good understanding of recruitment, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Skilled in communication, report writing, and coordination with different departments and authorities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR documentation.

  • Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

  • Capable of working independently with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.             



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and update all employee records, attendance, and leave registers for factory workers and staff.

  • Assist in recruitment, joining formalities, and personnel file documentation.

  • Ensure labor law compliance, including working hours, wages, safety, and welfare requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain statutory and compliance documents, such as wage sheets, licenses, and registers.

  • Coordinate and facilitate  compliance audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Support management in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.

  • Conduct regular compliance inspections within the production area to ensure a safe, ethical, and legally compliant work environment.

  • Liaise with local labor offices, government bodies, and auditors when necessary.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR & compliance reports for management.

  • Promote worker welfare, engagement, and awareness on company rules and compliance practices.
