• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with BD factories managers and human resources departments for both hard skills & soft skills training.

• Design training and development programs based on the needs of the factory and the individual.

• Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance.

• Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme, considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets.

• Develop effective induction programmes for new staff & workers.

• Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.

• Prepare yearly training plan/calendar & budget.

• Monitor & follow up to ensure implementation of yearly training plan

• Promote a work culture of continuing professional development (CPD).
