• Responsible for analysing tech packs and samples, identifying product feasibility, and conducting risk assessments to ensure successful sample development.

• Provide expert technical guidance to the design and production teams in the sample room, offering insights on pattern making, garment construction, and material selection.

• Identify and address any issues related to construction, fit, or overall product integrity, providing recommendations for improvements.

• To attend the bulk production PP meeting to discuss regarding style and provide technical support.

• To conduct risk assessments for each style and arrange review meetings with the IED team.

•  To review & analyse Tech Pack & guideline relevant team to do their task easily.

•  Maintain documentation for BOM/TECH PAC/Pattern & Machine arrangement, Yard Yield Estimation - YYE/SAM.

• Work closely with the MER and production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

• Record customer, stakeholders and other team's feedback to shape features and products.

• Ensure Dummy Fitting Photo as per MER/ Customer Requirement

• Ensure USS system VTC Task as per plan.
