Responsibilities & Context:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates` qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, career events, and social media campaigns.
Manage offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment legislation.
