Job Responsibilities:
∎ ·Managing recruitment & selection process of Product & Technology Division that include job advertisement, Profiles sourcing using other sources/ networks/connections & screening, interview coordination, negotiation and finalizing offer as per regulations and policies
∎ ·Executing day-to-day recruitment operations to check and balance requirements with talent pipeline
∎ ·Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future business needs
∎ ·Initiate and complete the sourcing & on-boarding process of new talents to bridge the gap between need and availability
∎ ·Generate relevant reports for escalation / as per requirement
∎ · Any task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in technology background recruitment is required.
