Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (Major in HRM) from any reputed University.
∎ PGD HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:

∎ We are looking for some skilled, professional & well experienced Hr person from reputed organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing HR operations for the Hospital that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, Training, Assigning & Directing work appraising performance, addressing complaints & resolving problems, ensuring job description.
∎ Maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
∎ Responsible for daily HR operations.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc. Disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy.
∎ Make Training Need Analysis & Arrange for Training.
∎ Preparing different presentations, organization chart & HR related analysis
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain leave management system as per company rules & regulations.
∎ Ensure daily attendance of each employee; Prepare daily attendance report and monthly HR report.
∎ Ensure Safety & security to staff & worker.
∎ Staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill etc.
∎ Assist in Payroll System of the Company. Assist in Compensation & Benefits
∎ Assist in training & Development activities.
∎ Assist in Performance Evaluation Process & conduct employee performance appraisal as per requirement.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc. Disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy.
∎ Prepare / Issue office note, memo, notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedules, organize meetings, record & circulate the minutes to the respective personnel.
∎ Maintain all types of requisition. Ensure ID & Visiting cards for all.
∎ Assist in Preparing different presentations, organization chart & HR related analysis.
∎ To perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years working experience in the hospital sector or large group of companies with special ability to handle & resolve all issues relating to General HR, Organization development process, Leave management, recruitment & selection, Training & Development etc.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Should have Sound knowledge on law 2006 & Bangladeshi labor rules 2015

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As Per Hospital Policy.
