• Conduct thorough compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Develop and implement compliance monitoring frameworks and audit procedures

• Maintain Export oriented spinning factory compliance works

• Analyze compliance data and prepare detailed reports for management review, highlighting potential risks and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance training and awareness programs are effectively executed

• Stay updated on changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization

• Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.

• Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.

• Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations
