Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct thorough compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Develop and implement compliance monitoring frameworks and audit procedures
Maintain Export oriented spinning factory compliance works
Analyze compliance data and prepare detailed reports for management review, highlighting potential risks and areas for improvement
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance training and awareness programs are effectively executed
Stay updated on changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization
Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines
Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations
