Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is to ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality , Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition of the Plant.
∎ All types of material received as per material purchase requisition /work order/purchase order.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Cost minimize, material wastage controls & material use.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Report on inventory activities and variances.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English (Writing & Communicating).
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Smart and skilled with communication.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Salary: Negotiable
