Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Take a key role in Factory HR recruitment process.

  2. To do day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment & Legal affairs.

  3. Maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.

  4. Maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as updated.

  5. Effective liaison with local Govt. & law enforcement authorities and others as and when required.

  6. Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.

  7. Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.

  8. Upholding management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  9. Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

  10. Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and make succession plan with high morale.

  11. Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.

  12. Ensure development and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy align with the business plan as well as ensuring HR plans.

  13. Any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
