Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, corporate clients, and enterprise solutions.
Drive revenue growth through B2B, B2C, and wholesale channels.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
Prepare business forecasts, proposals, and investment plans for senior management.
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with enterprises, government organizations, and corporate clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized solutions.
Oversee the bidding and RFP/RFQ response process for large-scale contracts.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
Lead, train, and motivate the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve targets.
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote ISP services.
Coordinate with the marketing department for brand positioning and promotional activities.
Define pricing strategies, service bundles, and corporate offers.
Leadership & Reporting
Build and manage a high-performance business development team.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management with recommendations.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
