As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to join as Head of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives and market expansion.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, corporate clients, and enterprise solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through B2B, B2C, and wholesale channels.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy.
- Prepare business forecasts, proposals, and investment plans for senior management.
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with enterprises, government organizations, and corporate clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized solutions.
- Oversee the bidding and RFP/RFQ response process for large-scale contracts.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Lead, train, and motivate the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve targets.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote ISP services.
- Coordinate with the marketing department for brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Define pricing strategies, service bundles, and corporate offers.
Leadership & Reporting
- Build and manage a high-performance business development team.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
- Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management with recommendations.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
