Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in HRM or related discipline from reputed University
∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, HRIS/ HR Database Management, payroll management, Rewards
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and manage payroll preparation, monthly salary disburses timely, vendor bill payments and present monthly reports from various aspects.
∎ Lead and manage attendance, absenteeism & Leave management service for all employees of Corporate, Field force as well as supervise factory.
∎ Verified various types of payment sheets (Final settlement, maternity benefit, EL, Festival bonus etc)
∎ Adjust every month individual employees’ loan issue, Gratuity, provident fund, TADA and other related deductions and addition and ensure actual payment.
∎ Prepare and update yearly increment salary adjustment of employees.
∎ Analyze and implement CTC (Cost to the Company), HR Analytic, Departmental Budget Preparation, HR Cost Calculation and Forecasting
∎ Identify & Implement salary benchmarks to the same industry along with Implement Salary Grading & Scale for Management and Non-Management Staff.
∎ Design & Implement compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic planning.
∎ Ensure Compensation & Benefits Policy & SOP both for factory and Corporate Headquarters
∎ Leading versatile Reward related projects on continuous improvement.
∎ Supervising the payroll team and assigning duties

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 4 Experience in similar role.
∎ Hands on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in MS Excel (Advance level), power point,
∎ Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for Strategic, Tactical & Operational level employees.
∎ Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Acquaintance with labor legislation (Bangladesh Labor Law)
∎ Have strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
