Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality at optimum level maintaining as per buyer requirement;
∎ Work with the PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before the line started;
∎ Ensure fabric inspection, in-line inspection & final inspection;
∎ Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action;
∎ Discuss with sewing people & get corrective action if any defects quantity (Shading, measurement out, etc.) are more than target;
∎ Lead, motivate, train, and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goals;
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with the team;
∎ Conduct in-line production inspection.
∎ Conduct pre-shipment inspection and issue reports.
∎ Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Must have good knowledge of QMS, Product Safety, and Technical Audit

∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
