Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Product quality guidelines and procedures both at Pre production and Production stages.
∎ Reduce DHU during the production process
∎ Meet audit and increase the pass rate to increase customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure right quality goods to be shipped as per customer requirements
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process
∎ Continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through reducing customer complaint and increase inspection pass rate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in shirt/ blouses manufacturing unit will be given preferences
∎ Good knowledge about customer safety parameters & product safety parameters
∎ Good knowledge on defect classifications as per product category
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
Salary: Negotiable
