Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities in the Cutting Department.
∎ Reducing garments consumption.
∎ Cooperation between textiles and garments.
∎ To ensure cut panel report, Replacement.
∎ Plan monitor, and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with the department head and production people.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers' different specifications & requirements.
∎ Thorough knowledge of size set, pre-production activities, marker inspection, pattern adjustment, lay controlling, and cut panel inspection with proper documentation, fabric nature, and fabric testing.
∎ Should have good knowledge of fabric construction, print, embroidery, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Must have good knowledge of QMS, Product Safety, and Technical Audits.
