Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and production action.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in line and pre shipment and final inspection.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.
∎ Responsible for directing workers for engaging in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customer.
∎ Responsible for reporting to the higher level for making the proper assessment of the quality control.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the production process.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
