Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality at optimum level maintaining as per buyer requirement;
∎ Work with the PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before the line started;
∎ Manage and motivate a team of quality control technicians and inspectors to achieve quality goals and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain a system for tracking, analyzing, and reporting quality data to management.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential quality issues and non-conformities in the production process through continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to the production team on quality control issues.
∎ Stay current with industry regulations and standards, and ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the quality control system and procedures.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capability of handling 40 lines
∎ Experience of working in the lingerie industry will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
