∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, export-import documentation, or related roles within the garments manufacturing industry.
∎ Proficiency in export and import documentation processes, customs procedures, and financial transactions.
∎ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation, verification, and submission of export and import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, EXP forms, L/C documents, and other related paperwork. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Provide support in processing export and import orders, coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely execution and delivery. Assist in monitoring shipment progress and resolving any issues or delays.
∎ Communicate with international clients, local buying houses, foreign buyers, government offices, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
∎ Assist in monitoring financial transactions related to export and import operations, including payment realization, bill negotiation, and fund disbursement. Maintain records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
∎ Support efforts to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in export and import activities. Assist in obtaining necessary certifications, licenses, and approvals as required.
∎ Maintain accurate records and databases of export and import transactions, updating information regularly and preparing reports as needed. Assist in analyzing data and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing & Merchandising, Accounts & Finance, Production, and Logistics, to coordinate activities and achieve departmental objectives. Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives as required.
∎ Provide administrative support to the Commercial Department, including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Assist in managing departmental budgets and expenses as needed.
