Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To run production lines and factory workers.
∎ To look after cutting, sewing as well as total production flow of the factory.
∎ Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ Should have knowledge to maintain Japanese Methodology 5S in workplace.
∎ To maximum production capacity with required quality level.
∎ To ensure all shipment dates must be met as per given delivery dates.
∎ To maintain discipline among workers and staffs of productions.
∎ Must have the ability to do total line plan and prompt lay out during change of model.
∎ Ability to work extra time in case of production runs up to shipment dead line.
