Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Production Manager in preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly production plan for the unit.
∎ Ensure Achievement of yield, productivity by identifying and implementing process and technical improvement.
∎ Identify, analyze and resolve issues pertaining to production efficiency.
∎ Review and analyze production MIS on a regular basis to identify issues and improvement areas.
∎ Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice TPM, Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance.
∎ Ensure availability of resources required including raw materials to meet production targets.
∎ Plan for unit shut-down, recommended by the maintenance team for any scheduled preventive maintenance.
∎ Review safety process periodically and formulate necessary guideline to reduce safety risk and hazard at workplace pertaining to legal provision.
∎ Approve all required ERP data for OPM Production ERP Batch Closing.
∎ Compliance to ISO QMS and EMS requirements as per standard.
