∎ Manage all aspects of product management, including market research, product development, and inventory management.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing to maintain production schedules and product quality.
∎ Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to align production and merchandising strategy with market demand.
∎ Analyze sales market data and trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory and production plans accordingly.
∎ Product distribution plan based on sales trend reports from time to time.
∎ Prepare season-wise product development concepts for development.
∎ Prepared material development sheet for finished product development
∎ Prepared product development spec sheet for material budget, costing, and buying
