Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager, Product Development to lead and supervise formulation and development activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to the innovation of new products, process optimization, and technology transfer, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead formulation design and development for new pharmaceutical products (solid, liquid, semi-solid, sterile).
Supervise product development trials, stability studies, and scale-up activities.
Prepare, review, and approve product development reports and related technical documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Production) for successful project execution.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, ICH, and local regulatory guidelines.
Support regulatory submissions with necessary technical documentation.
Mentor and guide junior team members in R&D and product development activities.
