Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying opportunities for new products/designs
∎ Analyze how a new product ties in with customer needs/consumer preferences
∎ Improve/enhance the design of existing new product developments
∎ Use 3D modeling software to design products and components
∎ Help manager complete daily tasks (e.g., Implementing new design ideas)
∎ Participate in and facilitate the company's strategic planning on newness and
∎ innovations
∎ Create & give presentations on newness and innovations
∎ Present new products to the marketing & design team
∎ Researching new and existing materials and assessing their suitability and
∎ Researching existing & new customer trends & ideas
∎ Arrange internal & external product development meetings

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
