Experience:
B.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Sc. in any other faculty of Agriculture with MBA from any reputed university.
Good knowledge and experience in Agro Business, Products and Markets.
Good analytical knowledge and report writing skills with power point and excel knowledge.
Must be well organized, honest, good behavior, dynamic, smart, proactive and sincere.
Must possess strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful market strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Age Limit up to 40 years.
Extra curricular activities will get preference.
Experience:
At least 6 years experience in pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, fisheries and poultry products.

Job Location: Head Office at Dhaka (with frequent field visits)
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and emerging trends within the agrochemicals, seeds, fertilizer, micronutrients, poultry, and fisheries sectors.
Develop and implement product launch strategies and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
Provide technical support and training to field staff and distributors on product features, benefits, and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, dealers, and industry experts.
Monitor and analyze product performance, market share, and competitive landscape.
Utilizing data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of market development initiatives and adjusting strategies to meet objectives and drive revenue growth.
Improve existing products to meet evolving market needs and customer demands.
Ensure product requirements are aligned with market needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
You will have to travel outside of Dhaka for field visit purposes.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and market insights for higher management.
