Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish monitoring and controlling tools for production planning and controlling(PPC).
∎ Develop and review the production plan with management for approval.
∎ Progress follow-up on daily production progress to ensure achieve projected productivity and output for on time delivery.
∎ Prepare T&A for new customers and production line.
∎ Work flow optimization and automatic system development.
∎ Collaboration with quality, production, merchandizing, shipping and other relevant departments.
∎ Monitor and control capacity and make it close to the budget.
∎ Materials on time in house and performance monitoring.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
