  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and MS Office.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills (both English & Bangla).



Responsibilities & Context:

Job context:

A group of companies is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager- Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist day-to-day operation to the Head of Operations.

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Assist the Head of Operations to manage all aspects of the operation team for both inspection and Office Management

  • Help to improve and execute the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Delivery the independent service standards inspection of all service function.

  • Support external relations teams to establish positive relationships with relevant stakeholders particularly in the private sectors.

  • Ensure business operation task in compliance with regulatory and international inspection and audit standards

  • Accountable for on-site inspection services are up to standard and ensure customer satisfaction is up to mistake free.

  • Monitor contractors’ and other staff’s performance in cooperation with all kinds of service providers.

  • Assist in preparing budgets for administrative related items and third-party expenditure when required.

  • Work closely with all internal and the external service provider ensuring repair and maintenance, safeguarding, Health, Safety & Security and build up strong health and safety culture among the team.

  • Undertake tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of Operations to support the success of the business and report any deficiencies to the Head of Operations.

  • Do data analysis and prepare report accordingly.
