Experience:
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant subject.
Professional training or certification in IT support (mandatory).
Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and MS Office.
Typing speed of at least 25–30 words per minute.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills (both English & Bangla).
A group of companies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist day-to-day operation to the Head of Operations.
Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh (Preferably Dhaka, CTG, Gazipur or Hobigonj).
Job Description / Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry into company databases and software.
Accurately input, verify, and update upload company data into internal systems, spread-sheets, and databases on a daily basis.
Collect, organize, and maintain digital and paper-based records for various departments.
Prepare reports, summaries, and data analysis when required by management.
Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications under IT team guidance.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate to the IT team when necessary.
Assist in creating and managing user accounts, email IDs, and access rights under supervi-sion.
Monitor and maintain office IT assets including inventory tracking of devices, cables, and ac-cessories.
Support the team in ensuring data backup, security, and confidentiality of sensitive infor-mation.
Coordinate with vendors or service providers for minor IT-related repairs and purchases.
Maintain proper documentation of IT support activities and keep logs of issues resolved.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and support other departments when needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager or Management. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/management.
