Monitoring, Operation, Reporting and Documentation, Sales & Marketing, Team Leadership, Team management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chain shop, E-commerce, Mobile Accessories, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist top management by monitoring and supervising daily operations of organization.
∎ Supervise Sales & Customer Service team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services in both online and offline sales.
∎ Train up Sales & Customer Service team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
∎ Monitoring the price change activities in different platforms (Facebook, Website, Google etc.)
∎ Align with people who can bring leads (Online/Dashboard/Query/Call)
∎ Monitoring sales pipeline and reduce the length of sales process and increase average sale.
∎ Creating action plan for sales Target and achieving sales goals
∎ Monitoring refund activities and informing concern department about refund issues.
∎ Conducting frequent outlet visits and working as a bridge between sales & service outlet and head office.
∎ Monitoring return and restock activities.
∎ Conducting monthly sales tracking and prepare necessary reports and analytics.
∎ Monitoring overall sales and conduct push sales promotions and for unsold products.
∎ Develop and maintain basic operational guidelines for team members as per management requirement.
∎ Determine team member’s requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
∎ Resolving critical customer service issues regarding order, courier and after sales service.
∎ Coordinate with Managing Director in different operational issues and promotional activities.
∎ Assisting digital marketing team by providing necessary sales report for promotional and marketing activities.
∎ Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, promotion, performance evaluation and termination activities as per requirement.
∎ Developing Hire-and-Fire Strategy
∎ Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
∎ Generating operational reports for management as needed.
∎ Conducting operation activities for company as per management requirements.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
