∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, International Relations, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain effective communication channels with government officials and regulatory bodies.
∎ Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in government and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Handle correspondence related to permits, approvals, and compliance documentation.
∎ Coordinate with port officials to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
∎ Resolve any issues related to delays, documentation, or customs procedures.
∎ Proactively address and resolve bureaucratic hurdles or disputes arising from government, or port interactions.
∎ Analyze the impact of new government policies, regulatory changes, or trade agreements on the organization.
∎ Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align the company's practices with updated requirements.
∎ Facilitate government or third-party audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports to management on liaison activities, trends in government policy, and strategic recommendations.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Operations Team to oversee and optimize operational processes. This role includes to ensuring smooth business operations, improving efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
∎ Routine/Regular Job:
