Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and organize office operations, maintain records and databases, supervise various sections of the admin dept.
∎ In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
∎ Ensure factory security & safety.
∎ Prepare submissions of license variations and renewals to strict deadlines.
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
∎ Liaison with government and non-government authorities for various aspects.
∎ Assist in conducting various events i.e., Family Day, Picnic, Annual Sports, Death anniversary, etc.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Proactive, task-driven, and positive attitude.
∎ Ability to lead the team with accountability and a high delegation level.
