Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in CSE / EEE / ECE / ETE or equivalent from any reputed university.
∎ CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, MTCRE, RHCA, RHCE, and JNCIA certifications would be added advantages.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Monitoring tools: such as SolarWinds, Cacti, PRTG, LibreNMS, OLT NMS, Nagios, Wanguard etc

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network-reported and customer-reported problems and manage problem resolution using network monitoring/management tools. Take ownership to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
∎ Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts. Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams
∎ Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact
∎ Collect and review performance reports for various customer network, and report trends to assist senior personnel in predicting future issues or outages
∎ Monitor a wide variety of information and network systems and infrastructure that include, but are not limited to telecommunications circuits, LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, servers, storage, backup, operating systems and core applications
∎ Notify customer and third-party service providers of issues, outages and remediation status
∎ Identify faults/alarms and failures related to the total/part of the network infrastructure for the customers, measure the severity, and perform immediate actions based on predefined procedures.
∎ Escalate problems to next level support where those cannot be resolved within the NMC.
∎ Proactively monitor network and system performance. Analyze traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to the management
∎ Through a pro-active and systematic review, discover problem areas that could negatively impact service performance or customer satisfaction.
∎ Measure the impact of network faults and troubles on the network resources and services according to predefined KPIs.
∎ Generate weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Provide required Level-1/Level-2 support over the phone and onsite to the customer

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prompt network fault rectification and resolution within the stipulated time.
∎ Require team working with several workgroups to ensure full coordination of activities and successful completions.
∎ Good kknowledge of IP Network Infrastructure (including router/switch/firewall etc.), Fibre Network, Transmission Network and TCP/IP services.
∎ Hands on knowledge in Network Management System (NMS)
∎ Self-motivated and capable of working in a cross-functional team.
∎ Competitive written and verbal communication skills, good telephone manners.
∎ Practical, accurate and precise.
∎ Customer oriented with great emphasize on customer satisfaction
∎ Experience of network management.
∎ Good knowledge of networking equipment administration.
∎ Confident in MS office applications (particularly Excel).
∎ Able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation and available for weekend/public holiday
∎ Ability to perform the technical requirements efficiently and effectively
∎ Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
∎ Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency

Salary: Negotiable
