∎ B.Sc. in CSE/ETE/EEE from reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Cisco Certification
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Service planning & Network design for new PoP/Client as per finalized decision.
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of L2/L3 Network, Virtualization and Linux Servers.
∎ Network Implementation using Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik and Juniper devices.
∎ Responsible for ensuring IT Audit points, and Compliance Requirements are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Respond to highly complex and technical user service requests/inquiries that involve problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution.
∎ Participate in cross-functional projects and tasks.
∎ End-user issue troubleshooting.
∎ Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation.
∎ Good understanding excel reporting.
∎ Team leading, team mobilization and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong knowledge of Network, Network security and Datacenter virtualization.
∎ Good understanding of customer delegation and willingness of problem identification. Excellent
∎ Must have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
∎ Must have experience in managing large corporate network and system
∎ MTCNA, CCNA, JNCIA Certified
∎ Troubleshooting expert will get preference.
∎ Vendor's Huawei and Juniper certified expert will get preference
