Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, develop and execute brand communication strategies for Akij Ceramics’ Rosa Brand.
∎ Maintain communication campaign in line with market trends, customer insights, and Akij Ceramics Limited’s business objectives.
∎ Define brand positioning and messaging to enhance market presence and equity.
∎ Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns to support brand initiatives.
∎ Work in concert to advance brand communication campaigns in association with ATL, BTL and Digital agencies.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
∎ Maintain brand identity—logo, visuals, and guidelines—for consistent brand communication.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze competitors to guide brand strategies with data.
∎ Manage brand marketing budget to optimize spending and meet objectives.
∎ Coordinate with Rosa sales, product, and leadership teams to align brand direction.
∎ Maintain strong ties with agencies, vendors, and partners.
∎ AkijBashir Group is looking to appoint an Assistant Manager, Marketing, to lead the Rosa Brand under Akij Ceramics Limited, (ACRL). The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated brand marketing strategy for Sanitaryware and Bathware products across all major platforms and marketing channels.  Key responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute brand communication strategies for Akij Ceramics’ Rosa Brand.
∎ Maintain communication campaign in line with market trends, customer insights, and Akij Ceramics Limited’s business objectives.
